1. INTENT

1.1. The aim of this Code is to define the fundamental values and principles that the organization adheres to and to provide a clear framework for ethical behavior and transparency throughout the organization.

1.2. The Code helps ensure that all employees and members of the organization comply with uniform standards and principles, creating a consistent and fair working environment.

1.3. It ensures the protection of the rights and dignity of all employees and supports the principles of equality and fairness in the workplace.

1.4. The Code builds trust among employees, customers, and other stakeholders by demonstrating the organization's commitment to ethical behavior and transparency in all its activities.

1.5. It enhances the organization's reputation by ensuring ethical behavior of all involved parties and zero tolerance for criminal activities.

1.6. It provides protection for ROCON METEO from potential criminal liability in case someone intentionally violates the Code of Conduct by committing a crime. To ensure this protection, the Code of Conduct will be strictly adhered to and enforced.

2. SCOPE

2.1. This Code of Conduct is mandatory for all employees, managers, directors, board members, suppliers, contractual partners, and other interested parties working with ROCON METEO. Everyone associated with our organization is required to act in accordance with these principles.

Violation of the Code by suppliers or contractors may result in the termination of contractual relationships and exclusion from future business opportunities with ROCON METEO.

3.3. In cases where the violation of the Code of Conduct involves illegal activities, legal actions may be taken against the perpetrators, including criminal prosecution or other legal measures in accordance with applicable laws.
